POI confirmed low levels anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) (<0.5 ng/dl), high level follicle stimulating (FSH) >25 ng/ml, number antral count (AFC) (<3 each ovary). Results: Results showed after therapy, mean AMH values increased by 0.48±0.306 FSH 2.73±3.98 but difference not statistically significant. AFC significantly decreased 1.33±0.625 at 1st post-stem-cell cycle. During second cycle, 0.110±0.051 4.63±1.49, respectively, 7.4±2.78. increase significant, decrease also significant compared baseline values. Conclusions: autologous therapy can have effect on women’s function It AFC, pregnancy rate 4% third cycle follow-up.
